  • Mrs. Donna Videmschek, B.A., M.A.T., M.Ed.

    Director of Counseling Department & Academic Counselor
    Mrs Donna Videmschek received her B.A. in Psychology from Webster University in 1995. In 1998, she completed her Master’s in Teaching, with an emphasis in History, from Webster University and taught middle school and high school in local Catholic schools. In 2002, Donna received her Master’s in School Counseling from Missouri Baptist University. While teaching, Donna worked with children and families at Catholic Family Counseling. She joined SJA in 2004 as a college counselor. Beginning in the fall of 2018, Donna transitioned to lead Academic Counselor, while maintaining her role as Director of Counseling. Outside of St. Joe, Donna enjoys bike rides, movie nights, and Cardinals games with her daughters and amazing paramedic/firefighter husband.
  • Mrs. Kathryn DePung, B.S., M. Ed.

    Learning Specialist
    After receiving B.S. degrees in Elementary Education and Special Education, K-12, from Fontbonne University in 1994, Kathryn taught in the public school system. A few years later, she completed her Master's in Counseling with emphasis in secondary education from the University of Missouri. After counseling at the middle and high school levels, she transitioned to private education as an upper school learning specialist. She enjoys working with students to develop strategies to meet their personal and academic goals. When not at school, Kathryn enjoys spending time with her husband and their two Kuvazok dogs. She is currently on the board of two charities supporting the needs of children and families with special needs.
  • Mrs. Sarah Modde, B.A., M.S.W., L.C.S.W.

    Wellness Counselor, All Students A-K
    Mrs. Sarah Modde received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Notre Dame in 1995. Following that, she received her Masters in Social Work from Washington University with a dual concentration in Mental Health and Children and Youth. She also concurrently completed the two-year Child Development Program through the St. Louis Psychoanalytic Institute. She has been a licensed clinical social worker with resource referral and counseling experience at Crider Center for Mental Health, Learning Consultants, Inc. and in her own private practice prior to working as a Wellness Counselor at SJA. In addition to working at SJA, she enjoys being a mother to three children, attending ACTS retreats, and volunteer activities at her parish.
  • Mrs. Kristen Versen, B.A., M.Ed., LPC

    Wellness Counselor, All Students L-Z
    Mrs. Kristen Versen received her Bachelor of Arts degrees in Psychology and English from Saint Louis University and Masters of Education in School Counseling from Loyola University Chicago. After receiving her Master’s, she worked for Catholic Family Services’ School Partnership Program, counseling students in both elementary and high schools. Kristen is a Licensed Professional Counselor and has worked as a Wellness Counselor at SJA since 2014. In her free time, she enjoys traveling (especially to National Parks!), trying new restaurants/food, listening to music, and spending time with her family and friends.
