ACC Forensic Print Portfolios

By Dr. Rose Davidson, STEM Coordinator
ACC Forensics students are creating a Print Portfolio as the assessment for their most recent unit in the course.
They are printing shoes, hands, lips, fingerprints, and ears among other objects. Each specific object has techniques for the students to master. These pictures captured the students practicing their printing techniques and collecting their best samples for their Print Portfolio.
According to Natalie Mispagel ’20, “We are working on dusting all types of prints from all different types of surfaces. I have learned so much about how crime scenes are processed and ways to remove and examine the prints. I love it! “
