Congratulations, Class of 2018!
By Julia Garlich ’17, Intern
The Angels in the Class of 2018 are officially alumnae! Friends and family gathered on Thursday, May 25, in the Outdoor Theater to witness the graduation of 136 strong and accomplished young women. With 100% of graduates accepted into college, the Class of 2018 further illustrated that nothing could stop them from “making a profound impact in the world.”
Highlights from the ceremony included Founder and CEO of DŌ, Cookie Dough Confections, Kristen Page Tomlan ’06, giving a beautiful commencement speech, where she encouraged the class to use their “Angel wings as your superpower.” In addition, Valedictorian Lauren Kimes spoke warmly on behalf of the Class of 2018 stating, “The values of our school are so important to who we are as individuals. We are truly grateful to be a part of this faith-filled community.”
We can’t wait to see you soar, Class of 2018-you made it!
