Solemnity of the Immaculate Conception

On December 8, SJA Campus Ministry honored Mary on the Solemnity of the Immaculate Conception.

The Immaculate Conception celebrates that, from the very beginning, Mary was conceived without the stain of original sin in order to preserve her as the perfect vessel through which our Lord would become flesh to the world. In the Immaculate Conception, we are reminded that Mary always points to Jesus.

Mrs. Jennifer Feise Sudekum '93 (Principal of Academic Affairs) led our school community in praying the Rosary. Students, faculty and staff were invited to gather in the Chapel or join via Zoom to participate.
