Adventures in Medicine Fieldtrip

By Dr. Rose Davidson, STEM Coordinator
Adventures in Medicine and Science (AIMS) is an outreach program of Saint Louis University that combines hands-on programs, auditorium presentations and distance learning to bring lessons of anatomy and science to life for students across the country and the world.

On December 3, the ACC Forensic Science students attended a cadaver autopsy demonstration by St. Louis Medical Examiner, Dr. Erin Ely, through the AIMS program. After Dr. Ely’s presentation, the students viewed and examined cadavers in a small group discussion.
