Class of 2029

By now, your daughter has experienced many of the traditions that make St. Joseph's Academy special and has begun finding her place within our community. Sophomore year is often a year of growing confidence, deepening friendships, and taking on new opportunities both inside and outside the classroom.

As students continue to grow academically, socially, and spiritually, they also begin to take greater ownership of their learning, become more involved in campus life, and discover new ways to lead and serve others. This page is designed to help you navigate sophomore year, celebrate its unique milestones, and know where to turn when questions arise. We're grateful to continue partnering with your family as your daughter's journey as an Angel continues.

Sophomore Year at a Glance: Sophomore year is a time of growing confidence and independence. Here are a few of the milestones your daughter will experience this year: Sophomore Retreat, P-ACT Testing, Sophomore Dance, Freshman/Sophomore College Night, Student Parking Registration (for new drivers).

SOPHOMORE RETREAT

Sophomore Retreat gives our students the opportunity to step away from life’s daily routines and refocus themselves through reflection and prayer. Each year, this retreat is created and run by a group of senior retreat leaders and is planned specifically with the sophomore class in mind. This retreat is a great way for each student to grow in her unique relationship with God, classmates, and themselves.
