Attendance at all tryout sessions is required to be considered for a team, but does not guarantee a position on a team. Students intending to try out for a sport must have a current physical on file. Please verify the date of your most recent physical to ensure it does not expire during your sport in 2025-26.

MSHSAA Forms
MSHSAA has released updated protocol for physicals and pre-participation documentation/annual requirements forms. Below are the new MSHSAA Pre-Participation Physical forms and procedure information. Please read the directions carefully, as there are three steps and only step three (page five) will be uploaded to your SJA Parent Portal account. The MSHSAA Pre-Participation Documentation-Annual Requirements can be found on your SJA Parent Portal account and must be completed and uploaded yearly for all sports and activities.
