Computer Science Survey
Would you like to be considered for advancing into a sophomore-level Computer Science and Engineering course because of your considerable work in computer science? If so, please complete this survey of your skills as soon as possible, but by March 5, 2021 at the latest.

Reading Benchmark and Math Placement Testing

All incoming freshmen will take the Reading Benchmark test. Any incoming freshmen currently taking Algebra 1, Intro to Algebra or Algebra Topics should take the Math Placement test. 8th graders currently in Pre-Algebra will automatically be enrolled in Algebra 1 and do not need to test. World Language Placement Testing
Tuesday, March 9th
3:00 p.m.
Main Office Entrance
Incoming freshmen who have taken Latin, French, Mandarin Chinese or Spanish and would like to test into a higher level of one of these languages must take a placement test. This one-hour test will be taken after school at St. Joe. Click here to complete your reservation for testing.
 
Enrollment & Registration Information
Families will go to their SchoolAdmin admissions accounts and use their Enrollment Checklist to read the Enrollment and Tuition Letter, complete their Enrollment Contract, and pay their deposit. Directions will be sent on Tuesday, February 16th to begin this process. 
 
Financial Aid
Families who have completed their Financial Aid Applications can expect information to be emailed to them beginning the week of February 15th.

Enrollment Completion & Course Selection
Families that have completed their Enrollment Contract and Registration by the March 8th deadline will be emailed their daughter’s recommended course listings. Included in this email will be information from each academic department, contact information for questions, and set of Frequently Asked Questions to prepare for the New Freshman Night on March 23rd.

Zoom Meeting
Join St. Joe administrators, counselors and coaches for a presentation. We will review expectations and schedules for the spring and summer, as well as important information about athletics, summer camps and enrichment opportunities. SJA’s Registrar will walk everyone through completing their course selection form, which will be done online following the presentation.
