St. Joseph’s Academy financial aid awards are determined by financial need. As a faith-based community, we are committed to ensuring that every qualified young woman has an opportunity for a St. Joseph’s Academy education. One in five families receive tuition assistance through financial aid. This year we were able to award financial aid to all of the families that qualified. The awards ranged from $1,000 to $8,000 with the average being $5,000.
We will start accepting applications for 2019-20 on November 1, 2018. The deadline for applying is February 28, 2019.
Applying online is the fastest and most direct method of submitting your application. It allows St. Joseph's Academy to view your application electronically within minutes of submission.

and complete the online grant and aid assessment application. The policies regarding tuition grants at St. Joseph's Academy are as follows:
- Financial assistance will be awarded on the combined basis of the financial need and the school's ability to meet that need. It is important to understand that St. Joseph's Academy has limited resources for financial aid.
- Financial need will be determined based on advisement from FACTS Grant and Aid Assessment. This financial aid service also assists many private high schools and most colleges and universities throughout the country with this process.
- Financial grants are awarded for one academic year and may be renewed by reapplying each year provided that the student meets appropriate standards of academics and conduct. The amount given any eligible student will generally range between $1,000 to $8,000.
- Students eligible for need based financial aid may be awarded work study grants. The work, clerical or cleaning, is scheduled with the Assistant Principal for some time before, during and after the school day. Summer work may be available. The amount given any eligible student will generally range from $1,000 to $1,500.
A fee of $35.00 must also be sent to FACTS along with required documentation. Please be sure to complete the FACTS form entirely; otherwise, it will not be processed and they will not advise us.
FACTS takes three to four weeks to process forms, and the processed forms must be in our hands by February 28, 2019
