CAMPER INFORMATION

A Summer Camp Authorization and Release is required to participate in summer camp. The form will be sent via email after registration. Please email a completed copy in advance to Allison Karagiannis at akaragiannis@sja1840.org, or bring it on the first day of camp. Students will not be allowed to participate without a form completed by a parent/guardian.
